It's been almost six years now since we started Eugen Systems in my brother's apartment-C¿dric had his own software engineering company, and I had an architecture studio when we decided we wanted to work together, rather than each on our own.Īs we've always been huge gamers-our first console was Philips' Videopac (also known as Magnavox)-we thought it could be cool to create a game. With only a few weeks left to Gold Master of Act of War: Direct Action, it feels weird to look back at the past two years which we've spent pretty much night and day with the Act of War development team and project.
